Tom began his career working as a laborer for his father, a general contractor, and then interned with several other general contractors. A 2008 Cal State, Chico graduate in Construction Management, Tom’s many years of industry experience includes custom home and commercial construction. Managing all phases of projects from specifications, conceptual estimating through subcontractor and budget maintenance, Tom has performed contract administration duties including value engineering, all phases of contracts, changes and billing. His duties have also included LEED documentation and credit analysis, carbon foot-printing and product research. Tom has been with JMA since 2013.
Tom grew up in Santa Rosa and is now raising his own family here. He enjoys riding mountain bikes, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and family. Tom finds gratification in constructing something visual and long-lasting. He finds that, “There is nothing so stable as change.”
