Rob Bachanas

Superintendent

Favorite saying: Make it fun!

For Rob, being in construction means working with his hands, solving problems and using power tools. He excels at getting everything and everyone schedule, and working with subcontractors. He also appreciates the beauty Sonoma County and the quality of JMA’s projects.

Rob grew up in Saratoga, CA, and lived in the small farming town of Walnut Grove where he was a Boy Scoutmaster and volunteer firefighter. Before moving to Santa Rosa, he remodeled Victorian and bungalow-style homes in the Sacramento area. Now he enjoys biking, hiking and diving. His considers his greatest accomplishment to be teaching young kids how to camp and enjoy the outdoors.
