Allison came to JMA with a wealth of knowledge stemming from her prior work experience at an architectural firm, and other well known subcontractors and general contractors. Seeing a project go from paper to brick and mortar, and building something for future generations to love and create memories in, is what Allison loves most about her job. Over the years Allison has learned that there is no such thing as too much communication and no two projects are alike- making learning a constant. In her downtime she loves to garden and has taken a keen interest in native plants. She and her husband take great pleasure in getting out of town and going camping with their dog.
