Napa Vineyard Home

Renovation of this 1970 3-bedroom stucco home was extensive. Scope included expanding the living room floor plan, updating the kitchen, redesigning a majority of the interior rooms and adding a new separate guest house. The finish materials include waxed walnut, ebonized oak, soapstone, limestone and bluestone. These materials are used interchangeably throughout the house creating a unifying atmosphere. Extensive exterior scope included a full redesign of the landscape, adding multiple large trees, a sand play area, extending the driveway and additional parking. 3,400 sf of limestone pavers were used to create pathways and patios throughout the property.
