Kistler Vineyards Tasting Room & Cellar Barn

Building this new but old-looking barn began with the careful demolition of the old redwood siding and corrugated metal roof from the old barn that stood on the same site. Salvaged wood from the demo was re-purposed for interior siding on the walls in the tasting room; the metal roof was re-used for the new barn’s roof. The structure includes a large central tasting room, flanked by two barrel cellars, with a covered crush pad in back.
